INFOhio is now using the latest version of WorkFlows for Symphony—WorkFlows 4.1.1. As you return to the library, be prepared to work with the school district's technology department to update the installed WorkFlows Client.
To check which version of WorkFlows is installed, log into WorkFlows and select About from the Help menu. The latest version of WorkFlows is version number 4.1.1.0.1135.
If the most current version is not installed, use the setup instructions found in the Library Services Handbook to update the computer. Detailed directions on how to install this are available for both PC and MAC computers.
The handbook also includes a new barcode font that is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Google Docs. This font is an industry-standard, universal font that can be used on a variety of platforms and devices. Google users will also appreciate being able to open barcode reports in Google Docs. All of those using INFOhio's library services platform products will need to download the new barcode font to open and print any barcode labels going forward. Questions about this change?
