Author // Matt Yauk Wednesday, 29 May 2024

Created by teachers for teachers, and based on college and career readiness standards, the EL Education Language Arts curriculum is a comprehensive, research-informed, core language arts program that engages teachers and students through compelling, real-world content. This language arts curriculum which includes 48 modules and units of study from EL Education has been added to Open Space.

Each module contains 3 units with multiple lesson plans, guiding questions and big ideas, connections to other subject areas, technology and multimedia recommendations, assessments and performance tasks, and ideas for involving the community or experts. Modules also include ideas for introducing fieldwork, service learning, and other extensions.
