Debbie Abilock, is known for her work on innovative curriculum design, thoughtful technology integration, and multiple literacies.  She publishes, lectures and consults internationally based on over 30 years' experience as a curriculum coordinator, Director of a library-IT department, and school administrator.  She writes a column “Adding Friction” for School Library Connection on designing deliberate thinking into the research process and co-authored Recipe for an Infographic with Connie Williams. She is a co-founder and directs the education vision of NoodleTools Inc., a platform for teaching student research.
