Locating INFOhio's Document Library

What is the Document Library?

The Document Library is a hierarchical storage place containing support and training materials for INFOhio's digital resources and web tools. This library is a go-to for help with delivering presentations or sharing outreach on INFOhio's services. 

This lesson will look specifically at the Help Docs & Promotional Materials category of the Document Library.

Help Docs & Promotional Materials 

This category in the Document Library contains INFOhio training, support, and outreach toolkit. Many items are available on INFOhio's resources and services, from screencasts showing how to log in, to lesson plans that implement these resources. 

There are three main categories in the Document Library:

• Help Docs & Promotional Materials - INFOhio and vendor flyers, bookmarks, posters, lesson plans, presentations, and screencasts, which show activity on a screen as the user interacts with it. 
• ITC Information - Contact information for each of Ohio's Information Technology Centers.
• Tools and Resources for Educators - Resources to support educators in teaching and learning.

INFOhio Lessons

This category includes lesson plans and text sets that integrate INFOhio's quality content in classroom instruction. Teacher guides are available in this category as well.

Bookmarks & Labels

Find INFOhio and specific resource bookmarks to print and share with students or educators. Also included are label templates to personalize the items with your school or district's login information.

Download and print flyers, fact sheets, and resource posters, or share them as an attachment to an email or a link in a newsletter. 

Help Docs & Guides

Share how-to documents and resource-specific guides during professional development sessions. Supports include web pages with multiple training options such as videos, presentations, and downloadable materials such as scavenger hunts.

Logos & Graphics

If you are creating your own presentation, handout, or web training you can add the logos and graphics for INFOhio and its web tools. 

Parent Help Resources

Use items in this category for parent or family engagement events. Find templates for letters to send home with students letting caregivers know how to access resources at home.

Presentations

Use these presentations in professional development sessions. Some can be edited to better meet the needs of your staff. 

Screencasts & Videos

This category is perfect for visual learners, offering a mix of INFOhio screencasts and vendor support videos, "Monday Mini Lessons" are longer videos showing how to integrate digital content into instruction.
