Connecting Teachers and Parents with High-Quality Digital Content

INFOhio provides quality digital content for all Ohio students, teachers and families at no cost. Help your colleagues and parents learn more about INFOhio, its resources, and website. Share this video in an email or newsletter to let others know about the resources and tools available for use at home. 

The digital content in Points of View Reference Center supports a variety of classrooms and curriculum for grades 6-12. The first step in creating awareness is notifying your audience about what is available. There are many tools provided by EBSCO to help promote Points of View Reference Center. To find these materials, follow these steps within the Points of View Reference Center interface.

1. Click EBSCO Connect at the bottom of the Points of View Reference Center homepage. 
2. Click Tools and Resources from the top menu and then choose Promotional Materials.
3. In the search box, type Points of View Reference Center.
4. Use the filters on the left to find the right material for your needs.

Email Template

There are two customizable email templates for you to choose from and send to your teachers, students, or parents.

• Consider emailing a colleague who uses nonfiction text with students in the content area classroom.
• Share Points of View Reference Center with teachers adopting inquiry-based learning into their classroom practice.
• Reach out to students, parents, and administrators sharing the availability of resources in Points of View Reference Center.

Promotional Handout and Poster

There are a variety of ways to share the Points of View Reference Center promotional handout and poster. 

• Attach the PDF to an email and send it to colleagues in your building.
• Print the handout and display in a teacher workroom, your classroom, or your school library.
• Link to the handout on your school library website or class website.
