Class Organization and Requirements

Overview

Each class in the Learning Pathway includes lessons on the basics of managing your school library. During the class, formative quizzes are used to check for understanding and review learning outcomes.

Syllabus

Find a detailed syllabus for the Learning Pathway and individual classes below and on the Exercise Files tab of the About section.

Timeframe

Each class includes an estimated time for completion which includes time to complete independent activities and resource exploration.

Requirements

Participants are expected to complete the assigned lessons, quizzes, and activities to fulfill the learning outcomes for the class.

Training Options

Each class is designed for self-paced, independent learning. Optional trainer materials for instructional coaches or trainers are available in the Trainer Resources section.

Credit Options

Participants earn a certificate for specified contact hours upon successful completion of the class and final quiz. The classes listed below are offered as part of this Learning Pathway for a total of 11 contact hours.
