Students in grades 3-6 will now be able to use Storia, a collection of over 1,200 eBooks. Individual teacher accounts for educators who teach grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 allow teachers to assign lessons, run reports, and track student progress.
Storia includes unlimited use nonfiction and fiction eBooks to support Ohio's Learning Standards. In addition, it supports instructional needs and can be used for individual, small-group, or whole-class reading assignments and activities.
The expansion to grades 3-6 are licensed through the RemotEDx initiative and will be accessible through the RemotEDx Exchange website and the INFOhio website. The new content will be available to Ohio teachers and students in grades 3-6 soon!
Teachers who have not changed districts, schools, or positions and used Storia during the 2020-2021 school year will not need to create a new account. Teachers should save any data from the 2020-2021 school year before August 19, 2021 as that data will be deleted on this date.
Access codes will remain the same for school buildings that used Storia during the 2020-2021 school year. If your building is new to Storia, you will need to complete this form. Access codes for new buildings are now available. To learn more about how to get started with Storia, review the Storia Getting Started Lesson in INFOhio's Learning Pathway class.
There are several options for rostering students into Storia:
Manually Rostering Students
Google Classroom
Clever Integration
