This is a plain blue box.  This box uses INFOhio blue and the standard padding used throughout the rest of the site.  This box also uses the standard font-size and color.  Boxes such as this use UIKit, a Javascript/CSS framework utilized by several companies including Yootheme, the company that develops the themes INFOhio has adopted.  This box is responsive so it will work as well for desktop users as it does for mobile users.

Content contained in this box should be created in paragraphs.  If you notice the content of the box begins to look like it has too much space between lines or the text is a different size unexpectedly, you should highlight the content of the entire box, and select Paragraph from the Formats/Block drop-down above.
