INFOhio Spence White Service Award (Terri Fredericka)

Discussion of June meeting date (Ann Tepe) – User Council members are asked to hold June 18, 19, and 20 open for this meeting.

Discussion of October meeting (Ann Tepe)

Blackboard demonstration (Travis Bogart) – If anyone needs the Getting Started with the Blackboard document, please contact Sally Norton (sallyn@seovec.org).

INFOhio Preview 2007 (Dave Ambrose)

Preview 2007 Discussion Board in Blackboard was demonstrated.

User Council members are asked to get everyone in their regions to complete the Preview 2007 Online Evaluation.

Project: Think INFOhio Blitz (Ann Tepe) - Watch your e-mail and Blackboard for further information.

User Group Meetings (Karon Lippincott)

All User Council members are asked to plan (in conjunction with the ITC) an annual User Group meeting that includes all schools – not just those automated through SIRSIDynix.

This may be during the next school year, but please start planning now.

Identifying Public School District Contacts - See Blackboard for details. Each pair of User Council members is asked to create an up-to-date list of contacts in each public school district in their region.

User Council representative selection (Dave Ambrose and Ann Tepe). After a brief discussion, it was decided that the officers will set up a discussion thread on Blackboard, and there will be a vote/decision before the next User Council meeting.
